tcb | s40's jeans
the s40's jeans is tcb’s take on the ww2 time jeans, the s501xx model made by levi's in the 1940s. the war's need for materials led to restrictions on what could be used for manufacturing, which led to a cleaner and simpler design on the jeans from this time. it is made with details such as hidden back pocket rivets and the so called v-stitch behind the top button. the 14oz denim fabric used is loomed to be as close to the fabrics specs from that time as possible. the fit is also faithfully reproduced from the original s501xx. a regular straight fit with a very high rise and a good amount of space in thighs, knees and calves, thus achieving a very comfortable while classic fit.
