§1 Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders made in our online shop.
§2 Contracting Party
The purchase contract is made with stuf|f – fine goods (Inhaber Thomas Jablonski), Birkenstr. 40, 40233 Düsseldorf.

§3 Contract
The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. The contract is concluded through your offer to order and our acceptance and willingness to deliver. By clicking the order button, you are placing a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. A confirmation of the order reception cannot be seen as the official acceptance, which will occur through an additional order confirmation, to be sent by us via email. The sending of the ordered product is to be seen as an explicit order acceptance.
The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are German and English.
§4 Delivery
All prices are in Euros and are gross prices, including VAT. Orders from outside the European Union are net prices without VAT. Shipping costs will be added to the product prices specified.
We offer free shipping within Germany. There is no minimum order value. We charge a flat fee of 15€ for deliveries within the EU and a flat fee of 20€ for rest of Europe. We charge a flat fee of 45€ for worldwide deliveries outside of Europe.
Within Germany we ship with DHL. For international orders we use DHL Express, UPS, TNT, DPD (depending on the destination).
For deliveries abroad, you are responsible for payment of any customs or import fees incurred in-country.
In terms of returns you have to cover the shipping costs.
Climate protection and sustainability are very important to us. Wherever possible, we try to ship our goods in a in a carbon-neutral way and it may also be that we use already used packaging material for your order. We hope you like this, otherwise you can drop us a line: info@stuf-f.com
§5 Payment
The following payment methods are available in our online shop:
Payment in Advance: With advance payment, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after payment has been received.
Credit Card: Your credit card will be charged after the order is confirmed (via PayPal Plus).
PayPal: You pay the invoiced amount directly to PayPal. You must already have an own PayPal account or you must first register, authorise your access data, and confirm your instructions for payment to us.
For orders within Germany, we further offer direct debit and purchase on account (both via PayPal Plus).
§6 Ownership
All goods remain property of stuf|f - fine goods (owner Thomas Jablonski)until full payment has been received.
§7 Damages in Transit
If products with obvious damages are delivered, please notify the carrier service immediately, refuse the acceptance of the product and contact us without delay. If you neglect to make such a claim or to contact us, the customer’s legal warranty claims won’t have consequences. However, it will help us assert our own claims against the carrier and/or transport insurance.
§8 Warranties
As far as nothing else occurs regarding the following sections, the guarantee accords to the legal regulations. The statute of limitations for used items is one year after delivery of the goods.

§9 Storage of the the text of the contract
We will save the text of the contract and send you the order information and our terms and conditions via email. You can also view the terms on this page at any time. For security reasons, your previous orders are no longer available on the Internet.

All images and information contained in this Website are copyright protected and are the property of stuf|f – fine goods (owner Thomas Jablonski).
Please contact us at: info@stuf-f.com for permissions. Unauthorized use and/or duplication of these images and materials without written permission from us is prohibited.
§11 Data protection and security
We save orders. If you shall loose your documents about your order, you can write or call us for a replacement. We will send a copy of the documents of the order of desired.
You agree that all data concerning you and the contract with us may be saved electronically. The data will be passed on only to people/companies that are involved in the order process, such as for example the carrier or the attorney. Personal data will be treated confidentially. The transfer of your personal data will be carried out through our online shop using an SSL-connection.
