If you have changed your mind about your order or purchased the wrong size, we offer a returns service.
For returns completed within 14 days (after having received your order), we offer a full refund. items must be returned in their original state, in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please note that you have to cover the cost of return shipment. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as we can only refund or exchange your order if we actually got it back.
Please also note that any refunds do not include the cost of the original or the return postage and packaging.
If you wish to exchange the returned item for a different size or model, please let us know in advance. This will help us to prepare that item to send in exchange, as soon as possible. For an exchange we offer free delivery of your alternate item. (please note, that free shipping is only available for one exchange.)
Cancellation rights
You are entitled to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.
The period for cancellation is fourteen days from the day that you, or any third party authorised by you other than the carrier, have or has accepted delivery of the final item(s) of your order.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (stuf|f – fine goods, Thomas Jablonski, Birkenstrasse 40, 40233 Düsseldorf, phone.: +49 (0)172 26 111 87, email: info@stuf-f.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to revoke this agreement. To do so, you may, but are not required to, use the attached sample form.
In order to meet this deadline, it is sufficient to send notice of termination before expiry of the termination period.
Effects of cancellation
If you terminate this contract, we shall refund all payments we have received from you including shipping charges without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your return. We will issue the refund using the same method of payment that you selected for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed with you otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged a fee for this refund. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned to us or until you have provided evidence that you have shipped the goods, whichever is earlier.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We would be happy to send you a return label. Please order this via email. We will deduct the costs for the return label of € 5.90 (only for shipping within Germany) from your credit.
Please notice that for orders outside Germany shipping charges are not reimbursed if the product does conform to the order placed.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods
Exception of cancellation
There is no right of cancellation with respect to the following contracts:
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health or hygiene, if the seal was removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines with the exception of subscriptions.
- for individualized or customized orders adopted to the need and wishes of the customer.
General information
Please prevent damage to and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, please use protective outer packaging. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, please use suitable packaging providing adequate protection against potential transport damage.
Please do not return the goods freight forward.
Please note that the above general information is not a precondition for effectively exercising your right to cancel.
