passion, obsession and zero compromises when it comes to quality - this actually describes quite well what makes the japanese label the real mccoy's so special. the story behind the brand begins in the late 70s when company founder hitoshi tsujimoto - at the age of 18 - was travelling through the united states for several weeks and discovered his love for classic america clothing from the 40s and 50s. today he owns one of the largest vintage collections worldwide, which is both inspiration and basis for the brand's work.
