the d1837 by studio d’artisan is a modern (slim) relaxed tapered jean made in japan from a 15oz unsanforized japanese suvin gold selvedge denim. suvin gold cotton is one of the best and most expensive and luxury kinds of cotton in the world. it features long-fibre properties (similar to zimbabwe cotton) which are also uber fine and thin in nature, which lends to the ultra soft feel of garments spun from this cotton. the silky luster of the draws from the natural wax content in the suvin gold cotton, allowing a true experience of embracing untreated cotton in it's softest and purest form.
