the smbl-14oz-003 regular straight jeans by pure blue japan is a lighter indigo version of the xx-003 made from pbj's 14oz signature denim. like its dark indigo counterpart, this 1970s-style hue denim is woven at low tensions on vintage shuttle looms, has a beautiful, irregular, slightly hairy texture and promises unique fading results. cut in pure blue japan’s regular straight the jean is roomy throughout the top block, knee, and opening, with a very slightly tapered leg.
