the ball park sweat pants by the the real mccoy's are crafted in japan from the brand’s heaviest cotton sweat fabric (12oz), constructed with a four-needle flatlock sewing machine. the fabric is specially knit using a high-speed sinker knitting machine which was originally developed as a more efficient alternative to the traditional loopwheel machine. while the loopwheel is known for its loose weave and slow production, the sinker machine not only increased efficiency but also allows for the creation of denser, heavier fabrics ideal for robust, high-quality garments.
