who still remembers the rappers kris-kross and their signature “backward” fashion style? that was in 1992. the backward style was their trademark and was meant to show that they were different from everyone else: “up is down, left is right, and the inverse is the adverse. that’s who we are. that’s why we wear our clothes this way.” inspired by this, orslow designed the “wolsro” backward jeans, which are worn with the back in front and the front in back. an absolute eye-catcher with a playful nod from the japanese cult brand.
