the curved flap jean jacket is old joe’s minimalist take on a classic type 3 trucker jacket. its defining features include the two chest pockets, the small collar - which gives the jacket a more elegant look, especially when the top button is fastened - and the side pockets, which highlight the design’s modern character. this version is made in japan from a black 12oz kibata denim. this exceptional denim features a wonderful, irregular “nep” texture with plenty of depth and character, and is wonderfully comfortable to wear from day one.
