rocky mountain featherbed | mc jacket beige
the “mc jacket” in beige is part of the “50th anniversary” heritage collection, with which rocky mountain featherbed celebrates the registration of the brand in the usa in 1974. the ultralight but warm jacket is based on a vintage down jacket called skyliner by eddie bauer, which was also worn by steve mcqueen back in the day. hence the “mc” in the name. the rmfc jacket is made in japan from a nylon fabric based on the original skyliner and is lined with water-repellent down (90/10) from europe. thanks to its wonderfully light weight and excellent protection against the cold, the jacket is perfect for all outdoor activities on colder days.
