pure blue japan’s 003 regular straight cut is based on the classic 1947 levi's 501 jeans fit. the cut is roomy throughout the top block, knee, and opening, with a very slightly tapered leg. the denim used here is the brand’s flagship, 14oz ‘xx’ selvedge, woven at low tensions on vintage shuttle looms for added texture and depth. this ecru version uses a beige weft to create a unique ecru finish accented with copper-hued stitching and "shoai" leaf embroidery.
