the working cat hero jeans is tcb’s take on the famous wrangler 11mw from the 1940's. like the original they are made from a 11.6oz left hand twill which is significantly different from the right-hand twill levi's and lee used. the denim is softer with a more open weave and also its fading tends to be a bit more blurry than right hand twill. tcb decided to do a semi-sanforization of the denim as they found out during their research that despite wrangler is known for sanforized denim vintage wranglers from the 1940's-50's had a strong leg twist, so the working cat hero jeans have a strong leg-twist as well.
