the lot.120 jean by general things is based on a vintage pair of 1966 levi's 501 and is made in japan from 14oz selvedge denim, which has been precisely replicated from the slightly irregular original fabric. since the vintage original pair was a very large size – an actual 38 – the silhouette of the lot.120 was designed to be slightly more relaxed than was originally customary for the 1966 model. the result is a beautiful pair of classic straight fit jeans that exude genuine vintage vibes, even without knowing the history behind them.
