part of the us army "tropical combat uniform" the tropical combat coat - aka as jungle jacket - has become a timeless classic in menswear; practical, smart with an air of revolutionary cool it is a versatile wardrobe staple. 

this version by the real mccoy's is based on the post-1968 models, when the fabric was changed to ripstop to make the jacket popular with soldiers much more durable. other minor changes were: the pen pocket was only on the left chest instead of both sides and the hanging loop was simplified and updated to be more modern.
