the tall rise jean in coated pink from schaeffer's garment hotel is a classic slim straight jean with a nice high-rise and a slim but not restrictive fit through the entire leg. it is made in los angeles from a white 15oz japanese selvedge denim that was custom coated light pink. with wear, the coating slowly wears down to reveal the white denim fabric underneath, making each pair a unique piece. each pair is handmade above the sgh store on sunset boulevard in hollywood.
