ues | l400-ww post world war ll model linen denim
the l400-ww by ues is inspired by world war 2 1940's jeans and is a classic straight cut jean. it is made in japan from the brand's new original 12.5oz 100% linen selvedge denim. linen is extremely difficult to weave, and even more on vintage power looms. but linen is a very environmentally friendly material because it grows quickly and requires little water during the growing process. in addition, the functionality of the fiber is that it is strong and resistant to water, has excellent moisture absorption, quick drying properties, and antibacterial properties. the jean will become softer and softer the more you wear and wash it and the indigo color will age beautifully.
