the anniversary denim jacket s407xx by jelado is based on an early ww2 type 1 denim jacket produced during the 1940s and features a single exposed open breast pocket, cinch waist back and a slightly roomier silhouette. the jacket is made in japan from jelado’s famous “last resort” denim. for this jelado has dissected the original 501xx deadstock denim with a focus on cotton used, thread thickness, fibre length and weight. the jacket has been one-washed to remove shrinkage, meaning these are ready to wear and good-to-go.
