the 220xx-54 from denime by warehouse pays homage to the 1954 501 and has a classic straight cut that is slightly looser and more comfortable than the 1947 model. the jeans are part of the “xx series” and are made from faithfully reproduced yarns developed by kurabo based on a careful analysis of vintage denim banners from the 1920s and 1930s. the blend of american cotton with brown foxfibre® cotton creates a deeply textured, slubby selvedge denim full of character and vintage authenticity. the elaborate warehouse yarn-dyeing process ensures a beautiful deep blue color with great fading potential.
