the original m-43 service shoe was issued in 1943 with the goal to have a cost-effective, durable shoe for all forms of combat conditions. john lofgren set out to make the ultimate version of this boot using japanese craftsmanship and the very best materials. this strongly limited production run is made from a very special olive shinki hikaku horsebutt leather.
