the new straight 5 pocket pants by ciota is the new facelift of their iconic straight denim jeans. the silhouette falls from a moderately thick crotch to the hem, with a slightly deeper inseam than before. the overall balance is closer to vintage models of the 1970s. further the fabric has been changed to "raw" denim, which has not been glue-removed, anti-straightening and hair-burnished, but has a more vintage look and feel. the beautiful 13.5oz denim is woven on an old-style power loom (shuttle loom) using a rope-dyed medium-white indigo yarn for the warp and extra-long delicate suvin cotton for the weft yarn.
